Sports Physiotherapy

Sports Physiotherapists supervise athletes before and during competition with a focus on both their physical and mental condition. Together with the trainer, they ensure that the athletes can draw on their full potential.

To do so, sports physiotherapists accompany the training and provide advice on correct movement sequences. They apply prophylactic treatments to prevent injuries if muscles or ligaments are weakened and cannot recover properly due to brief competition intervals. After an injury, sports physiotherapists ensure a quick and efficient recovery by analyzing and documenting the sport-specific stress and ensuring that the athlete regains full fitness after completion of the physiotherapy.
